Smoke Free Indy continues to work to make sure ALL workers are protected by law against the serious health hazards from secondhand smoke.
There are workers that were left behind after the current law was implemented in March of 2006.
We know that secondhand smoke is deadly, not just a mere annoyance.
We believe that all workers should have the same protection…whether you work in an office or bar, whether you took the bar exam or you are a bartender; the law should cover all. Let’s make Indianapolis a truly, world class city.
