The Center of Wellness for Urban Women is hosting Life Jam, a show that incorporates health, music, art and friendship at the Tip Top Tavern on November 7th at 8:30pm. This will be a smoke free event sponsored by Smoke Free Indy.

Come out and hear some of Indy’s finest musicans, hip hop artists and poets.
